This ministry exists to empower you with the tools, relationships, and spiritual foundation needed to lead with purpose and thrive in your calling. Through transparency, accountability, and intentional community, OC Business creates space for believers to grow professionally while staying rooted in God-centered worship, missional living, and radical generosity.

HOW DOES THIS MINISTRY SERVE OUR COMMUNITY?

Adventure Seekers participants create lasting memories, experience personal growth, and learn to appreciate diversity. Through travel and cultural activities, they have the opportunity to put God on display and grow deeper in fellowship with one another.

WHAT WOULD SURPRISE PEOPLE MOST ABOUT WHAT YOU DO?

We are an activity-driven Connect Group for adults 18 years and older, welcoming everyone from singles to married couples, young adults to senior adults. You don’t have to be an experienced traveler to join us—just bring curiosity and a heart for connection.

WHAT KIND OF IMPACT HAS THIS MINISTRY HAD?

Our church body is home to a diverse community of entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals across every industry. To support and connect this thriving network, we’ve developed a Business Directory that serves as a trusted resource for members of our church family and the wider community. This directory has been used not only for personal needs but also as a reliable referral tool, allowing our members to support one another through intentional hospitality and radical generosity in the marketplace.

Beyond the directory, OC Business has hosted several impactful Vendor Fairs, creating opportunities for Christian business owners to showcase their products and services while building meaningful connections with potential clients and partners. These gatherings reflect our commitment to missional living, where faith and business intersect to create kingdom impact.

We’ve also been privileged to offer Workshops and Seminars on a wide range of business topics, open to both our church family and the broader community. Past sessions have covered essential subjects such as tax preparation, wills and trust fund planning, starting a business, insurance strategies, and financial planning. Each workshop is designed to equip attendees with practical knowledge rooted in biblical principles, empowering them to lead with integrity, steward their resources wisely, and build businesses that honor God.

HOW DOES YOUR MINISTRY PARTNER WITH OTHER MINISTRIES AT ONE CHURCH?

One of our most exciting initiatives is our collaboration with the Youth Ministry and Hope of Harvest, a youth empowerment program dedicated to equipping young people with the tools, mindset, and biblical foundation needed to thrive in life and leadership. Through this partnership, OC Business is working to encourage and inspire entrepreneurship in our younger generations.

Our goal is not just to teach young people how to start a business, but to equip them to be kingdom entrepreneurs—leaders who understand that their work is worship, their influence is ministry, and their success is an opportunity to glorify God and serve others. Through family focus, missional living, and radical generosity, we’re sowing seeds into the next generation that will bear fruit for years to come.
