The POINT Team is a ministry strategy based on the gifts, skills and passions of people to the glory of God.  It is a way of empowering people to be ministers and do the “works of ministry so that the body of Christ may be built up” (Ephesians 4:12). The POINT Team strategy is gifts-based and not needs-based.
