The Last Lap Initiative marks the final phase of our “Project Next” building project. Since moving into our new location in May 2024, we have successfully completed the first two phases of our church facility, all thanks to your generous support. In these initial phases, we finished the Worship Area, Fellowship Hall, three classrooms, two homeroom suites, a café, and our Kids Ministry wing. Now, in this final phase, our goal is to complete the upstairs and finalize all remaining exterior work. During the Vision Talk on August 19, 2025, Pastor Scott discussed our next steps. Timeline: 6-Month Initiative | Two Key Parts: Refinance & Fundraising
Our Goals
✅ Raise $150,000 in 60 Days
- The campaign starts in September.
- Purpose: Complete the north parking lot and curbs to comply with city regulations and improve on-site parking.
- Target: Begin construction in October 2025.
✅ Refinance Our Loan in 90 Days
- Purpose: Consolidate short-term debt & balances, and expedite the completion of the rest of the building project, including the second floor.
- Target: Close on new loan by December 2025 and begin this phase of construction in January 2026.
✅ Complete the Building Project by March 2026.

Some may have plans to regularly give and support our shared mission, while others are just beginning to discover the joy of giving. We are excited about what is happening in the life of our local church. As we look forward to completing our building project, we invite you to pray for our next steps. We hope to refinance our loan responsibly and pray that God will work in the hearts of the people at One Church @ Harvest Point.
2. Give Generously
Each of us is at a different stage in our journey of generosity. Some may have plans to give regularly and support our shared mission, while others are just beginning to explore the joy of giving. Regardless of where you stand, aim to give in a way that challenges you and enhances your faith in generosity.
To contribute to this project, you can click “Give Now” and select “Project Next-Last Lap” to make a donation. Alternatively, you can choose the “Commitment Card” option to select a predetermined amount that you plan to contribute over the next 60 days. The Commitment Card allows us to mobilize even before the donation is received.
