As Christ-follower (disciples) grows in their relationship with Jesus there are certain distinguishing characteristics that develop. We believe that you will develop in at least these four areas.
Baptism is an outward expression of a commitment to follow Jesus Christ and exciting time to publicly celebrate your faith. If you have made a commitment to follow Christ as your Savior and the leader of your life, then Scripture demonstrates that Baptism is an important next step for you. Celebrate your relationship with Christ with your community of your friends, family, and others who have decided to declare what Christ has done for them. If you are a member of Harvest Point, we would be honored to baptize you in the presence of your church family.
Harvest Point believes children are a gift from God, and we are very excited that you are investigating child dedication.
Child dedication is a public commitment you make before God, your church, and your family. The dedication service provides you, the parent(s), an opportunity to express publicly your desire to lead and spiritually nurture your child in cooperation with the Holy Spirit, so your child will develop a desire to love God and love others.
